1. Account Qualification & Documentation
Resale License/Permit: To purchase tax-free, you will need a valid, state-issued resale certificate or sales tax ID.
Business Identification: You may be required to provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or a social security number if you are a sole proprietor.
Verification: We may request additional verification, which could include a business license, website URL, and, in some cases, photographs of your retail store or documentation to verify your online business.
2. Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
MOQs: We require a minimum order of $500-1000 for your first purchase, followed by subsequent orders of at least $350-500.
Price Breaks: Ordering in higher volumes can lead to lower costs per unit.
Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
3. Payment Terms
Initial Orders: First-time orders must typically be paid in full upfront (Proforma) using credit card or ACH.
Fees: Please note that a 3.3% surcharge will be added for all credit card transactions. 
4. Shipping and Returns
FOB Shipping Point: Shipments are generally FOB (Free On Board) Origin, meaning that the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier picks up the goods.
Claims: If there are any damages, defects, or shortages, you must usually report these within 5–10 days of receipt.
Return Policy: All sales are final; no returns will be accepted.
Inactive Accounts: To maintain an active account, you may be required to place a minimum order every six months.
